SEO Manager

🔍 Position Overview

As our SEO Manager, you will lead and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Your focus will be on improving our clients’ visibility on search engines through technical SEO, local SEO, and high-quality backlink building. You must be a great team player with leadership qualities and experience managing a small SEO team.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns (Must)
• Implement and monitor local SEO strategies for regional clients
• Lead the SEO team and ensure smooth project coordination
• Generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates 

🧠 Required Knowledge & Skills

• Technical SEO (Site structure, speed, crawlability, indexing)
• Local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, local citations)
• High-Quality Backlink Building (Guest posting, outreach, editorial links)
• Proven teamwork and team management experience
• Strong understanding of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/WordPress is a plus

🎯 Additional Preference

Candidates living in or near Mohammadpur will be given priority.

💼 Employment Terms

• Probation Period: 3 Months
• Contract: Minimum 1 Year after successful probation
• Salary: Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
